Congressional Activities and Hearings
Congressional Activities
Rail customers are encouraged to contact the President, Members of Congress, and the Surface Transportation Board (STB) to advocate solutions to the problems of the nation's captive rail customers.
The House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee and the Senate Commerce, Science and Transportation Committee are the two congressional committees with jurisdiction over the laws that govern freight railroads and their primary policies.
