CURE does not collect any personal information from users browsing this Web site. We do collect aggregate information such as internet domain from which you access our Website (e.g., aol.com), the number of pages visited and date and time of visits. We also collect information relating to your IP address, which only provides information on a particular computer, and not an individual at that computer.
2. Email
If you use the CURE Website to send CURE email, CURE collects and may maintain the information that you provide. Your information may be shared among CURE staff and support services as necessary in order to respond to your request. Once information reaches the correct office, it will be used in the same manner as comparable information collected in other ways.
3. Links
This Site contains links to other Web sites. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other Web sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site, and to read the privacy statement of any linked site.
4. Security and Data Quality
While no computer system can ever be fully protected against every possible hazard, CURE provides reasonable and appropriate security to protect against foreseeable hazards. We have taken precautionary measures to make all information received from our online visitors as secure as possible against unauthorized access and use. Routine email sent to CURE through this Website or otherwise is not necessarily secure against interception. If your communication contains personal information that you consider sensitive, you may not want to use email.
